    Agency Whitelabel & Lead Routing Services
    Terms and Conditions

    These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of AdBoard Booking's Whitelabel Solution and Lead Routing Services ("Services"). By subscribing to or using these Services, you ("Agency" or "Partner") agree to be bound by these Terms.

    1. Whitelabel Service Scope

    The Whitelabel Solution allows the Agency to host a version of the AdBoard Booking platform on a designated subdomain (e.g., brand.agency.com). The scope of our whitelabel service includes:

    • Integration of the Agency's logo and brand name as specified during onboarding.
    • Hosting and maintenance of the whitelabel platform on our secure servers.
    • Access to AdBoard Booking's inventory and booking engine under the Agency's brand.
    • Standard dashboard access for the Agency to manage clients and bookings.

    2. Scope Limitations & Additional Charges

    Any features, customizations, integrations, or services not explicitly mentioned in the designated service scope or agreed-upon Service Order will be considered out of scope.

    Requests for out-of-scope work, including but not limited to custom feature development, additional third-party integrations, advanced design customizations beyond standard theming, or bespoke reporting, will incur additional charges. These charges will be quoted separately and must be approved by the Agency before work commences.

    3. Lead Routing Services

    For Agencies subscribed to our Lead Routing Service:

    • AdBoard Booking will route relevant leads to the Agency based on mutually agreed criteria (e.g., geography, budget, campaign type).
    • Direct Agency Communication: All "Talk to Owner" requests and campaign bookings generated via the whitelabel subdomain will be routed exclusively to the Agency. The actual billboard owner's identity will be masked from the advertiser to allow the Agency to manage the relationship directly.
    • Price for lead routing services is an add-on of ₹10,000 per month on top of the Whitelabel Platform subscription.
    • We do not guarantee a specific conversion rate for routed leads. The Agency is responsible for follow-up and sales closure.

    4. Payments and Billing

    • Whitelabel Platform: Subscription fees start at ₹40,000 per month. Fees are payable monthly or annually in advance.
    • Lead Routing Add-on: Additional fee of ₹10,000 per month. Performance-based incentives or higher tiers may apply for larger volumes.
    • Late payments may result in temporary suspension of services or the whitelabel subdomain until the outstanding balance is cleared.

    5. Intellectual Property

    AdBoard Booking retains all rights, title, and interest in the underlying platform technology, code, and generic data. The Agency retains all rights to its brand assets, client data, and proprietary campaign information uploaded to the platform.

    6. Termination

    Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, access to the whitelabel subdomain will be revoked, and lead routing will cease immediately.
